The Memory Clinic

The objective of the clinic is to assess and treat memory and thought functions

Treatments: Global cognitive assessments are carried out in the clinic alongside assessments in specific fields such as memory, visual and spatial perception, management functions and more. After execution of the assessment there is the option of continuing cognitive therapy pursuant to the findings of the report.

The Function Clinic

The objective of the clinic is to assess and treat daily functioning (housekeeping, leisure time and employment).

Treatments: The treatment includes exercising in the model home at the hospital and recommendations if required for auxiliary equipment to help with functioning.

The Burns and Scars Clinic

The objective of the clinic is treatment of post operative or traumatic scars.

Treatments: The treatment includes customization of dressing materials such as silicon strips and creams, and wide pressure dressings.

The Upper Body Clinic

The objective of the clinic is to assess and treat situations of restrictions of movement, force and functioning of the upper body: elbow, wrist and fingers

Treatments: The treatment includes preparation of splints if required and the use of diverse technologies such as biofeedback and virtual reality in order to promote functioning.

The Neurological Rehabilitation Clinic

The objective of the clinic is assessment and treatment following various neurological injuries, such as: CVAs, head injuries, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries and more.

Treatments: The clinic works from a rehabilitation perspective with the objective of maximum functional improvement pursuant and in the light of the background diagnosis.
