1. Reuth — Women’s Social Service (R.A.) (hereinafter: “the Organization”) respects the privacy of users who access the Organization’s website (hereinafter: “the Website”). The purpose of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of the Terms of Use, is, among other things, to describe the ways in which the Organization protects and uses information provided to it by users of the Website and/or collected by it or on its behalf during their use of the Website.
2. Your use of the Website means that you consent to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and to those of the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy or to the Terms of Use, you are requested to either refrain from using the Website or to contact us so that we may assist you through alternative means.
3. The Organization may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technological, business, legal or regulatory changes. In such cases, the changes will be updated in this document and published on the Website. Continued use of the Website by the user after such changes have been made shall constitute acceptance of those changes. Therefore, the Organization recommends

It is hereby clarified that the user is under no legal obligation to provide the Information, and that the provision of such Information is subject to the user’s free will and consent for the purpose of receiving the Organization’s services and/or using the Website. The user may contact the Organization to review and request correction of their personal Information, all in accordance with the
“Contact and Access to Information” section below.
9. Below are the procedures under which the Organization collects and uses information about the user. It is emphasized that the Organization places great importance on protecting user privacy and invests significant efforts in properly safeguarding the Information provided to it.
Collection and Use of Information
10. The Organization uses the Information collected about you, whether by it or by anyone acting on its behalf or by other entities that have transferred such Information to the Organization in accordance with and subject to the permissions granted by you, including data regarding your location while using the services, for the following purposes:
10.1. To contact the user, insofar as the user has contacted the Organization for that purpose.
10.2. To monitor and analyze the Website for purposes of its ongoing operation, as well as for the Website’s technical management and for detecting and investigating suspected misuse.

Subject to applicable law, by browsing the Website, the user grants the Organization permission to store the Information collected about them in its databases, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
10.4. For the purpose of monitoring and improving service quality, the Organization may choose to contact the user through messages, questionnaires and surveys regarding the services provided to them.
10.5. To comply with applicable legal requirements, including directives and instructions of any competent authority.
Disclosure of Your Information to Third Parties
11. The Organization takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect against the leak of personal information that may make the user identifiable to third parties. The Organization will not sell, loan or transfer the user’s information, in whole or in part, to any third party without the user’s explicit consent.
12. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Organization may disclose the user’s information, in whole or in part, to third parties, subject to the following conditions:
12.1. Disclosure of the Information, or part thereof, is necessary for the provision of the Organization’s services and/or related services provided by suppliers and/or subcontractors acting on behalf of or for the Organization, and/or by the Organization’s partners, and/or for information‑security and user‑identification purposes, all in accordance with this Privacy Policy. It is emphasized that, unless stated otherwise, suppliers and/or subcontractors do not hold the right to use this Information beyond the purpose for which the Organization provides it.
12.2. The Organization will disclose the Information as necessary or as required by law or legal proceedings, including in any dispute, claim, demand or legal action, if any, occurring between the user and the Organization and/or on its behalf.
12.3. Should the Organization determine that the user’s actions, or the actions of anyone acting on the user’s behalf in connection with the services, violate the Terms of Use or are carried out for the purpose of committing fraud of any kind.
12.4. At the user’s request and/or with the user’s consent.
12.5. Pursuant to a court order and/or a demand from a competent authority to disclose the Information, and subject to the applicable law.
12.6. In any case where the Organization believes that disclosure of the Information is necessary to prevent serious harm to the Organization and/or to other users and/or to third parties, or to prevent other serious harm, at the Organization’s sole and absolute discretion.
Information Security
13. The Organization considers the security of users’ and clients’ information to be of utmost importance and invests significant resources to safeguard the confidentiality of the Information. As part of this effort, the Organization takes all reasonable measures to secure the Information provided by users. The user acknowledges that the Organization dedicates resources and employs strict
measures to prevent unauthorized access to the Website and to prevent potential harm to users’ privacy.
14. Nevertheless, it is clarified that the Organization’s systems, being based on software, hardware and communication networks, are inherently exposed to risks typical of such systems, including malicious software (viruses, Trojan horses, etc.), wiretapping of communication lines, hacking by hostile entities, impersonation of the Organization’s website or systems, and other forms of
online fraud. The Organization invests considerable efforts in protecting against such risks. However, absolute protection is impossible, and damages and/or losses may occur as a result of such risks materializing.

The Organization continuously monitors technological developments, with the intent of providing users with the best possible protection against intrusion and/or hacking, including unauthorized access to its databases. Nevertheless, the Organization clarifies that in circumstances beyond its control and/or resulting from force majeure, it does not guarantee that the Website will operate without interruption and/or that the Website and/or the information and data collected and/or provided as described above, are completely protected against unauthorized access and/or intrusion into the Organization’s databases. The user acknowledges that the Organization will not be liable for any damage and/or loss, whether direct or indirect, of any kind, resulting from such events, including damage to privacy.

Contact and Access to Information
16. You may request the correction of information about you if it is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate. To exercise this right, a request must be sent to the Organization using one of the contact details listed below.
17. A person wishing to review information about them held in the Organization’s databases shall submit a written request to the database owner or holder, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Information and Procedures for Appeal on Refusal of a Request to Review Information), 1981. The request must include the applicant’s personal details (name and ID number), the specific information they wish to review, and their signature or the signature of an authorized representative (together with a power of attorney).
18. The applicant may review the information, in print or display form, at the locality where the database is maintained and during hours designated by the Organization, provided that the review takes place within 30 days of the date the request was received.
19. If the Organization determines that there is reason to refuse the request for review due to security considerations, confidentiality, classification, or similar grounds, the Organization will inform the applicant accordingly, within 21 days.
20. You are entitled by law to request correction of an error in information relating to you if the information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not up to date.
21. If the request to correct personal information is approved, the Organization will correct the information accordingly in its relevant databases and will notify any party that received information about you from the Organization’s databases within the three years preceding the correction.
