The rehabilitation process is a challenging journey, both physically and emotionally. AnuYoga offers restorative yoga classes for hospitalized patients and their family members. Yoga practice provides practical tools to help guide your recovery process.
AnuYoga is a public benefit company dedicated to integrating Iyengar Yoga into the healthcare system and the community. The organization is a pioneer in incorporating therapeutic yoga into leading medical institutions in Israel and around the world.
The partnership with the Reuth Rehabilitation Hospital in Tel Aviv began in 2011, establishing the first restorative yoga unit in Israel.
What Do We Offer?
- Restoring abilities and range of motion: Gradual improvement in mobility, posture, and self-confidence.
- Reducing pain and tension: A practice that positively affects the nervous system, helping to relieve chronic pain and reduce stress and anxiety.
- Promoting independence in the rehabilitation process: Yoga practice offers simple yet powerful tools that you can adopt and practice independently in the ward or at home.
- Strengthening mental resilience: Building morale and motivation, both of which are essential for successful long-term rehabilitation.
- Maximum safety: Practice based on the Iyengar method, guided by certified instructors with extensive experience in restorative yoga. Treatment is individually tailored to your medical condition and supported by specialized props, enabling every person to practice safely regardless of physical limitations.
