The Jusidman Family Charitable Foundation will contribute NIS 200 million ($69 million) toward establishing the new Jusidman Rehabilitation Hospital campus, in partnership with the Tel Aviv Foundation and the Reuth Association in Tel Aviv.
The hospital, with an estimated total cost of NIS 1.1 billion ($390 million), is expected to become the largest rehabilitation hospital in Israel.
The new hospital, which will incorporate the Reuth Rehabilitation Hospital now in South Tel Aviv, is set to open in Sde Dov, north Tel Aviv, in 2032. It will contain a new 540-bed facility, serving 10,000 patients a year, and include a research and development hub and a PTSD clinic for IDF veterans.
