TEL AVIV, Israel — The Jusidman Family Charitable Foundation has pledged NIS 200 million toward the construction of a new state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital in north Tel Aviv, a landmark philanthropic investment that will help establish what is expected to be Israel’s largest rehabilitation hospital.

The donation will serve as the anchor contribution toward the creation of the Jusidman Rehabilitation Hospital, a new campus that will replace and significantly expand the current Reuth Rehabilitation Hospital. The project is being developed through a partnership between the Jusidman Family Charitable Foundation, the Tel Aviv Foundation, and the Reuth Association.

The hospital is expected to require a total investment of approximately $390 million, with the remaining funding to come from municipal, governmental, and private sources.

Construction is expected to take approximately six years.
