Eli Beer – Founder of United Hatzalah has completed rehabilitation at Reuth Hospital after recovering from corona virus

 

Eli Beer – Founder of United Hatzalah has successfully completed his rehabilitation at Reuth Rehabilitation Hospital, following his recovery from the Corona virus. He is extremely thankful to Reuth for getting back on his feet and back to his normal life

Beer got infected with COVID19 while in the US and was hospitalized and put into an induced coma for over a month in a Miami hospital.

After recovering from the virus and returning to Israel at the end of April, he began an intensive rehabilitation process at Reuth Rehabilitation Hospital, designed to rebuild his former abilities and independence.

Been arrived in Reuth after he lost a lot of weight, his muscles were weak and his cardiovascular was very low. In a multifunctional and holistic rehabilitation process Reuth placed emphasis on all his abilities. We wish Eli the best of health and success!

Professor Rafi Heruti, Head of the Rehabilitation Division at Reuth: “The infection caused by the Coronavirus together with a month long support on a respiratory machine led to a serious disfunction. Eli arrived at Reuth after loosing a lot of weight, his muscles were weak and his cardiovascular was very low. Using a multifunctional and holistic rehabilitation process, we placed emphasis on all of his abilities”.
